Position Overview:
Webcodio is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. This role demands a deep understanding of enterprise-level hosting needs, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development within the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients, predominantly medium to large enterprises, understanding their unique hosting requirements and offering tailored solutions.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, building a strong network within the industry.
Collaborate with the technical team to comprehend Webcodio’s offerings thoroughly, effectively communicating the value proposition to clients.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans, focusing on market expansion and revenue growth.
Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and client feedback to enhance our services and stay ahead of industry demands.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth for the company.
Represent Webcodio at industry events, conferences, and networking functions, showcasing our expertise and fostering relationships.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and business development within the technology industry, with a focus on hosting solutions and web services.
Strong understanding of enterprise-level hosting needs, including WordPress hosting, security, and scalability.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain fruitful relationships with clients and partners.
Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented approach to business development.
Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Knowledge of WordPress, hosting technologies, and digital trends is a plus.
